Essential Duties

1. Maintain a friendly, neat and professional image to the guest, be friendly and smiling under any circumstances, always check personal hygiene and well groomed in appearance with an immaculate uniform.
2. Provide courteous service to the guest and respond promptly and tactfully to the guest inquiries, complaints and requests :
Give guest immediate and complete attention to their request and complaint :
Make sure the guests are satisfied with the service before they leave.
3. To serve food and beverage for our valued guests with positive and professional manner.
4. Controls and analyses on and on going basis the quality of level service, cleanliness and hygiene to ensure optimum performance.
5. To assist Banquet Captain for setting up the function rooms properly based on Banquet Event Order.
6. To assist Banquet Captain for doing Pre Service, Service and Post Service.
7. To have an excellent of product knowledge.
8. Established and maintains and effective employee relations to ensure communication and information flow with the department.
9. Attends and contributes at the daily food and beverage briefing.
